		<description><![CDATA[My goodness these are good!I live in the UK and have never had cogrnods before. I&#039;ve seen them on American TV shows we have here though, and I&#039;m always interested in  foreign&#039; food.However, we do not have a deep fat fryer so I started looking for a baked option, and yours was the only one I could find that didn&#039;t call for a box mix of some kind of cornbread (something we don&#039;t get here!) And then I had to find cornmeal, and discovered we call it Polenta, lol.My kids and I are eating them as I type! Thank you so much for these, it&#039;d certainly going to be a standby recipe for those days when I haven&#039;t the energy to make something elaborate.]]></description>
