I’ve seen them on American TV shows we have here though, and I’m always interested in foreign’ food.However, we do not have a deep fat fryer so I started looking for a baked option, and yours was the only one I could find that didn’t call for a box mix of some kind of cornbread (something we don’t get here!) And then I had to find cornmeal, and discovered we call it Polenta, lol.My kids and I are eating them as I type! Thank you so much for these, it’d certainly going to be a standby recipe for those days when I haven’t the energy to make something elaborate.
